Our Terra-Cotta barrels are the perfect color to match your terra-cotta planters and hanging pots. The color blends in well with red brick homes. Heavy Duty Screening keeps mosquitoes out. Our rainbarrels are uniquely designed with plastic fittings that match the rate of expansion and contraction of barrel plastic from season to season to avoid leakage. These rainbarrels are repurposed from pre-used overseas food barrels. There may be slight scratching or scuffs due to previous overseas transportation. Since our rainbarrels are made of High Density Polyethylene Plastic they can be left outdoors even in the winter months so there is no need to modify your downspouts in the Spring and Fall. The exact shape of the barrels may vary due to availability but the color and size remain true. Because these barrels were originally used to transport food, there may be residual food product odor. The residual odor will disspiate after a few full barrel filling cycles. We use a PH balanced, environmentally friendly soap when cleaning so that the water gathered can immediately be used on plants without harm. These barrels keep difficult to break down plastics from adding bulk to landfills and also contain and repurpose stormwater.

The rain saver reinvents how you harvest rainwater. This sturdy 50-gallon rain barrel features a beautiful artisan, clay stria, and stone design, and is one of the most eye-catching rain barrels on the market. The top features the Good Ideas original, integrated overflow channel. This channel automatically diverts all overflow water to the front of the barrel and keeps your foundation from flooding. The large downspout opening allows use with both 2 x 3 or 3 x 4 downspouts. Covering the downspout opening is a soft, fine mesh, plastic screen to keep out heavy debris and insects. Also included with the barrel are two offset spigot locations. Now you can use a five-gallon bucket or hose simultaneously without issue. Or use the additional spigot as an overflow into a second barrel.

We've had a Good Ideas rain barrel (80 gal) for about three years now and have been really pleased with it. So we just purchased two of this model (our original one is no longer available) and I'm really happy with how well the dark gray matches our home's charcoal exterior, since they will be visible from the street. We're still waiting for the downspout connector to arrive, so it's not hooked up yet, but you can see the overall look is great.. Melanie. Central Illinois. Tue May 26 2026

The Heritage 50 Gallon Rain Barrel represents a new evolution in decorative rainwater collection, bringing the character and detail of traditional barrel craftsmanship into a durable modern design. Its story began with an original wooden barrel handcrafted by a skilled cooper, with individual staves, natural grain, knots, cracks, hoops and rivet details carefully selected and shaped for an authentic appearance. Precision tooling then captured those distinctive surface details, allowing the finished resin barrel to preserve the character and imperfections of the handcrafted original. Designed to be as functional as it is distinctive, the Heritage stores up to 50 gallons of rainwater for gardens, planters and outdoor watering. The integrated planter top features a deep planting area for flowers and greenery, while a separate rear collection zone and molded water-routing path help direct incoming rainwater away from the planted section. A corrosion-proof screen guard helps block leaves and debris from entering stored water. A brass spigot provides convenient water access, a separate lower nozzle with shut-off valve supports drainage and hose use, and overflow outlets allow multiple barrels to be linked for additional storage. Constructed from durable, BPA-free LDPE resin, the Heritage is engineered for outdoor use and backed by a 2-year warranty.

This American oak with a darkened ribs rain barrel is a 50-gallon rain saver that comes packed with features. Immediately, you can tell that this is a high-quality barrel. The deep wood grain texture and the darkened ribs pop out and capture the eye. The authentic whiskey barrel look is completed with two brass spigots. These spigots are located at locations to optimize flow: One at the bottom to get the most out of the barrel and one on the side to utilize buckets and linking. The spigots are 3/4" and will work with all standard hoses. The top of the barrel holds a locking, removable top. By twisting, you can keep the barrel sealed to protect young ones and keep out mosquitos. Just twist it the other way and it lifts off. At the center of the lid is a mesh screen that will accommodate all standard downspouts and keep out bugs and leaves. The tapered nature of the lid minimizes splashing and funnels all the water toward the anti-debris screen. Start collecting fresh, chemical-free water for your lawn and garden with this American oak rain barrel.

This urn is a thing of beauty and clever design. Constructed with thick and durable polyethylene resin which holds up to the harshest elements, the exterior has the appearance of a terracotta urn. The graceful lines, curves, and garnishes on the exterior make it an accent piece on your home's exterior and not something that just sticks to your house. The flat back design optimizes the space used and allows you to position the barrel close to walls or flat areas. The top is the only of its kind that acts as a planter space and also self-drains when excess water is present. There is also a channel built into the rim which diverts overflowing water to the front and away from the barrel and home foundation. You can have peace of mind that you're conserving water and giving your garden the best water it can get, devoid of harsh chemicals and rich in nutrients. The urn comes with two brass spigots and locations: a low, central spot to maximize water pressure and usage and an upper-side location for filling buckets and linking. These spigots use a standard thread that will connect with all standard hoses. Like all made rain barrels, the polyethylene used is BPA-Free and - for contact with edibles.
