Most rain barrels on the market don't fully utilize the water they hold because the spigot is located about halfway up the barrel. This allows bucket filling but leaves a lot of the water behind that often becomes stagnant and hazardous. Barrels with optimally located spigots don't allow room for buckets and leave hoses as the only draining option. The rain wizard urn stand solves these issues by lifting and supporting the rain wizard urn (65-gallon) or rain wizard urn 50 rain barrels off the ground. With increased elevation, the barrel can drain at a much faster rate, and buckets and watering cans are easily placed below the spigot without awkward tilting or maneuvering.
