I really like this rain barrel. The green color is more muted than in the picture. It’s more of a gray-green than olive green. I have two of these - the first is connected to the gutter downspout and the overflow tube on that one is connected to the second barrel. The first barrel is elevated above the second. Looking forward to seeing how these perform over the summer!. Kathryn. Minneapolis, MN. Tue May 05 2026

And since it's weather-, mildew-, and warp-resistant, it's ready to live in your outdoor space.

The rain barrel looks as nice as the pictures. The mesh to keep the bugs out does not fits snuggly snuggly and I will need to add aluminum screen. There are two round cut outs near the top at the back of the rain barrel and I assume that’s for venting air as the barrel fills as well as when water is dispensed. Or I suppose it could be for overflow There was no diagram of the rain barrel explaining all the nuances. I’m concerned mosquitos will find these holes as well as the two holes at the top of the barrel in the channel near where the water is collected.. Paula. Fort Worth, TX. Sun May 17 2026

Available in both 50 gallon and 80 gallon capacities, the Athena provides flexible storage options to suit your space and needs. Constructed from durable UV-resistant roto molded resin, the Athena withstands harsh temperature changes without chipping, fading, or cracking. A recessed top channel directs water toward a corrosion proof screen guard to help keep leaves and debris out. Dual rear overflow ports manage excess water during heavy rainfall and allow linking to additional barrels if expanded capacity is desired. A high quality brass spigot installs into a reinforced threaded fitting with an integrated sealing gasket for a secure, leak-resistant connection. A lower threaded drain provides additional drainage or hose attachment options. Inspired by classic ceramic forms, the Athena delivers the look of handcrafted pottery with the strength of modern resin construction. Part of the Rainwatr™ system, it functions independently and remains compatible with diverter kits and pump accessories as your needs grow.

The 80 gallon is HUGE and beautiful. I plan to purchase one for every downspout on my house and love that it’s from Canada. Quality matches the higher price tag but the amount of water I’ll save annually using just one of these is enough of an incentive!. Cecily. Charlotte, NC. Sat Oct 03 2026

The Impressions Corsican 50 Gallon Rain Saver is one of the sturdiest and most eye-catching rain barrels on the market. The barrel's exterior features a premium linen texture that will look elegant outside virtually any home. The top is graded and shaped to automatically diverts overflow water to the front of the barrel to keep your foundation from flooding. The large downspout opening allows use with both 2x3 or 3x4 downspouts and is covered by a soft, fine mesh, plastic screen to keep out heavy debris. Also included with the barrel are two sturdy metal spigots to install in the offset spigot locations.

Seems to be made of good quality except the screen on top. In less than a week outside it looks like the screws have already begun eroding. It is also concerning that it doesn’t sit flush with the top allowing bugs to get inside. Definitely not interested in a mosquito breeding ground. Other than that the esthetics of it are spot on and the spigots on the side feel nice and heavy duty.. Ashley. Texas. Thu Apr 16 2026

The impressions rain saver reinvents how you harvest rainwater. The Havana rain barrel collection is sturdy and one of the most eye-catching rain barrels on the market. Its distinct surface features multi-directional lines that create a unique artistic texture. Or use the additional spigot as an overflow into a second barrel. Who knew you could have so many features in a rain barrel? Impress your friends and neighbors with this product.

This is such a great idea saved me a ton of money and watering my plants and since it did rain a lot this summer in Jersey I got a lot of free water to water my pots. You can do a low stream or fast stream. It’s really great great item to have if you can.. David Joshua. Orlando, FL. Wed Sep 23 2026

Only thing that would make these better would be a lighter color. The opening at the top allows for more open air catchment since i dont want to catch from our older roof tops. Both are set up on bases to help support them. Took a bit for enough rain to collect to make the barrels heavy enough to withstand our high windows. Arrived surpringly quick. Relatively easy to set up.. Cindy. Thu Apr 04 2024

This American oak with a darkened ribs rain barrel is a 50-gallon rain saver that comes packed with features. Immediately, you can tell that this is a high-quality barrel. Set up barrel under downspout! Easy access to water for garden and flowers! I put my watering can on top instead of flowers but may opt for latter. Love the terra-cotta color.. Susan. Wauwatosa, WI. Mon Jul 03 2023

This urn is a thing of beauty and clever design. Constructed with thick and durable polyethylene resin which holds up to the harshest elements, the exterior has the appearance of a terracotta urn. The graceful lines, curves, and garnishes on the exterior make it an accent piece on your home's exterior and not something that just sticks to your house. The flat back design optimizes the space used and allows you to position the barrel close to walls or flat areas. The top is the only of its kind that acts as a planter space and also self-drains when excess water is present. There is also a channel built into the rim which diverts overflowing water to the front and away from the barrel and home foundation. You can have peace of mind that you're conserving water and giving your garden the best water it can get, devoid of harsh chemicals and rich in nutrients. The urn comes with two brass spigots and locations: a low, central spot to maximize water pressure and usage and an upper-side location for filling buckets and linking. These spigots use a standard thread that will connect with all standard hoses. Like all made rain barrels, the polyethylene used is BPA-Free and - for contact with edibles.

I have three of these now and they work great for harvesting rain water. They can be daisy chained together. You can add a longer hose to the ball valve if of you need to. I did swap out the ball valves for brass ones.. Nancy. Crystal Lake, IL. Wed Jun 10 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rain barrel is nice and sturdy. Installing it very simple and easy. One does have to be careful though, because it is plastic it can break if it potentially falls. However it is pretty strong and well built. It holds quite a bit actually and if you have a smaller garden this should be good. If you have a bigger one maybe 2 or 3 of these should be sufficient. I like the color of it as well doesnt stand out or look weird. I would recommend this!. Rahats2_7247. Sun Feb 02 2025
