We have been so pleased with this barrel. It looks sharp, and has functioned well for a few months thus far. We’ve had some torrential rains and it has not leaked. It has survived extraordinarily hot weather and expansion due to the heat, but still looks, and functions great! My only wish is that it had a flat back so it could be flush with the wall.. Natalie. Seems to be made of good quality except the screen on top. In less than a week outside it looks like the screws have already begun eroding. It is also concerning that it doesn’t sit flush with the top allowing bugs to get inside. Definitely not interested in a mosquito breeding ground. Other than that the esthetics of it are spot on and the spigots on the side feel nice and heavy duty.. Ashley. Texas. Thu Apr 16 2026

When drought sets in and rain is short, rain barrels can provide that precious water you need for your lawn and garden. The Rain Vault can provide 50 gallons of pure, unchlorinated water when municipalities declare periods of low water usage. During heavy rainfalls, a typical roof can produce hundreds of gallons of water. By saving that water, you can reduce your average water usage by up to 40%. With those kinds of savings, the Rain Vault can pay for itself in just a few seasons. The Rain Vault features an attractive Faux oak barrel design so it naturally fits in with your landscape. And the wide variety of colors allows you to even further match your barrel to your home and yard without standing out. Its plastic screen mesh is newly designed to keep out bugs, animals, and debris while still being easy to remove for cleaning and maintenance, and is gentle on the skin.

I’m so pleased with this rain barrel. It works great and holds a ton of water. Just what my plants have been needing. This saves me a lot of money by not having to use the irrigation hose.. Ginger. Tavares, FL. Thu Oct 01 2026

Most rain barrels on the market don't fully utilize the water they hold because the spigot is located about halfway up the barrel. This allows buckets to be filled but leaves about a quarter of the water standing behind, which can be hazardous. Barrels with optimally located spigots don't allow room for filling buckets and leave hoses as the only option for drainage. The Rain Wizard Universal Stand solves these issues by lifting and supporting the rain barrel off the ground. With the increased elevation, buckets can be easily placed below the spigot without awkward tilting or maneuvering, and the barrel can drain at a much faster rate. The Universal Stand will fit nearly every rain barrel produced by Good Ideas with a round 19 to 26 inch base (currently excludes Riverwalk, Savannah, and Amphora series). The structured core is designed to hold over 1000 pounds of water weight, and the stand is available in a wide variety of colors to conveniently match your home or barrel. This large base measures 24.75D X 28.75W X 14.75H. Please measure your barrel to ensure a proper fit.

Very good quality and works well with our barrel.. Nicole. Phoenicia, NY. Thu Apr 16 2026

This urn is a thing of beauty and clever design. Constructed with thick and durable polyethylene resin which holds up to the harshest elements, the exterior has the appearance of a terracotta urn. The graceful lines, curves, and garnishes on the exterior make it an accent piece on your home's exterior and not something that just sticks to your house. The flat back design optimizes the space used and allows you to position the barrel close to walls or flat areas. The top is the only of its kind that acts as a planter space and also self-drains when excess water is present. There is also a channel built into the rim which diverts overflowing water to the front and away from the barrel and home foundation. You can have peace of mind that you're conserving water and giving your garden the best water it can get, devoid of harsh chemicals and rich in nutrients. The urn comes with two brass spigots and locations: a low, central spot to maximize water pressure and usage and an upper-side location for filling buckets and linking. These spigots use a standard thread that will connect with all standard hoses. Like all made rain barrels, the polyethylene used is BPA-Free and - for contact with edibles.

Maximize your rainwater collection system with the Rain Wizard Universal Rain Barrel Stand by Good Ideas. Designed to elevate your rain barrel, this innovative stand improves both function and form—boosting water pressure, enhancing drainage, and adding visual appeal to your outdoor space. No more awkward tilting, inefficient siphoning, or unnecessary hose attachments. This stand fits nearly all Good Ideas rain barrels with round bases ranging from 19 to 26 inches (excluding Riverwalk, Savannah, and Amphora series). Its durable, UV-resistant polyethylene resin construction supports over 1000 pounds of water weight, ensuring lasting strength and performance in all weather conditions. The flat-back design minimizes the footprint against walls, fences, or sheds—perfect for tight spaces. Upgrade your rainwater system today with the Rain Wizard Universal Stand—smart, sturdy, and stylish support for your sustainability efforts.

One of the biggest challenges with most rain barrels is that the spigot sits too high, leaving a significant amount of water trapped below it—wasted and potentially stagnant. Meanwhile, barrels with low spigots offer no room to fit a bucket underneath. The Rain Wizard Universal Stand eliminates both problems by raising your barrel off the ground, allowing easy access to the spigot while ensuring more complete water drainage.
