The deep wood grain texture and the darkened ribs pop out and capture the eye. The authentic whiskey barrel look is completed with two brass spigots. These spigots are located at locations to optimize flow: One at the bottom to get the most out of the barrel and one on the size to utilize buckets and linking. The spigots are 0.75" and will work with all standard hoses. The top of the barrel holds a locking, removable top. By twisting, you can keep the barrel sealed to protect young ones and keep out mosquitos. Just twist it the other way and it lifts off.
