The good: delivery guys were great. Damage to package and wayfair was great. Heats up faster then most at home saunas, using a basic plug (not hard wired like my last sauna) Exterior wood is pretty and smells nice. The bad: several pieces broken in box, dimensions are NOT to the inch. (Had to cut my wall and baseboard apart to fit) this does not appear to be cedar as I expected? Can’t figure out radio/Bluetooth system? Assembly took all day, but mostly due to the space. And the front glass door was too large for me to help my boyfriend with. Had to call the neighbor to come over to help. Eek. I still need to call wayfair to see if they can send out replacements for broken pieces. But all in all it works and seems legit!

This sauna is fantastic! Perhaps that is all you need to know. But for those who want to know more, here you go: I began my sauna-seeking journey by seeing a $600 sauna in a local sports store. That seemed too good to be true! I nearly purchased that sauna. But I did research first. I learned why that one was $600. It was made of pine, had only 4 heaters, was a 1-2 person sauna, had high EMF, previous buyers consistently wrote that the sauna could not hold a temperature, etc....there were issues. But my interest had been piqued. I needed a home sauna. I learned that 1-2 person saunas are tiny. Too small for me. I want to be able to lie down. I also wanted someone to be able to join me at times. Thus, I began seeking a 3-4 person sauna. Please note, 3-4 people means 3-4 children in my experience. I am a 205lb, 6'2" individual. Fitting two of me in this sauna is possible. Adding a third would be awkward. I wanted Canadian Red Cedar. Yes, it costs more. But it is worth it. The quality, smell, ability to hold a temperature, not dent when moving pieces, etc. make the Canadian Red Cedar the wisest choice. Just google it - every single article will lead you toward Canadian Red Cedar. This sauna is less than competition in the 3-4 person 10-heater sauna. I don't really know why. This is a high quality sauna that works extremely well. It took four of us 40 minutes to set this up. That includes opening the boxes from scratch. If you have two people doing it, it still is easy. Do not waste money hiring someone. Putting this together was so simple. The boxes are enormous though. Do realize the heft and size; you will need a couple larger people to put this together. Don't expect to have your 12 year-old function effectively to assist you in putting this large product together. I can say this sauna has been set up for one month now and it is going strong! It holds the temperature well but not perfectly. I set it for 140F. It never drops below 136F. It rarely drops below 138F. I feel that 2-4 degrees it acceptable. So what are the issues that moved this from a five to a four star rating? There are two primary issues: 1) There were two dents when I took it out of the box. I was able to hide each from view on the back side of the item. It is not worth returning, but it should be noted. Nearly all saunas delivered have come with chipped wood; 2) The music does not work. It comes with a super cheap set-up for music. I am tech savvy - it doesn't work. Mine is broken. This day and age who really needs a CD player though? I have a wireless bluetooth speaker and my ipad. I am fine without the low quality speakers and CD player. Finally, a piece of advice. I do recommend you purchase this. It was a wise purpose. One of the best decisions I made was not installing the magazine rack, cup holders, back rests, ozone machine, or towel holder until I had used it for one week. I was timid to place holes on the inside of the sauna. I did not know precisely how I would like to sit, keep the towel, etc. So for one week I did not install the 'extras' I listed above. After one week, I knew where I wanted everything. I then installed them. I would NOT have placed anything where it currently is located before using it for one week. So just put that off. And oh yeah, do not place the scent into the ionizer and then install it inside the sauna. They made a mistake when designing this thing. You need to take the screws out to change the scent. The scent needs to be changed every few months. That means you are constantly screwing/unscrewing the ionizer from inside the sauna. What a horrible idea! So install the ionizer without a scent. If you are desperate for a scent then you'll need to purchase something else.

Good unit. Don't get a home unit like this if you expect it to feel like a commercial gym unit that goes up to 140 degrees... these ones do not. That being said the infrared works great and you get a good sweat and it gets the job done at a great price. Also looks great.

I've had this sauna for a little more than two months now and love it! My husband and I put it together in about an hour. It was well packaged in several boxes, no damage and received all parts in perfect condition. It reaches 140° in 15 to 20 minutes. Many of the saunas in this price range had reviews of cold spots on feet/legs and problems with sustaining the desired temperature consistently, however this model reaches the maximum you set and stays within 3 or 4 degrees, so never any cold spots. All of the accessories like lights inside and out, therapy colored light, oxygen and ionizer, stereo system, 2 backrests, 2 cupholders, 2 pegs to hang towels or robes are all nice bonuses. All of the wood accessories and inside of the sauna are unfinished wood (because they would release toxins if they were finished) but they are a bit rough and could have been sanded...If I had had the time I would have at least sanded the bench and the foot heater before installing. Now on to my use, I have chronic fatigue, neck pain, allergies, migraines and some arthritis. When I use it daily I feel so much better and if I skip a day or two boy do I regret it! After using a few days in a row my pain fades away. I always thought of a sauna as a luxury item, so it was hard for me to spend so much money on something I didn't believe was necessary, however I now believe it truly is a medical device that can improve people's lives and has now become a necessity, at least for me. I researched for several weeks on far infrared saunas and its benefits before I decided on this model. I was skeptical but I'm so happy I bought this! Pros: Great value Cons: 2 or 3 of the buckles were difficult to close but eventually they went together.

Had to have it. It was easy enough to put together. The heating element at the bottom doesn’t seem to warm up as much as the top 3 sides do. It heats up past 120 degrees very very fast, max temp is 140. Has a built in timer for 60 minutes. Heating elements turn off automatically after 60 minutes if you leave it unattended otherwise timer is regulated inside sauna to increase or decrease time at your leisure. The speakers works relatively well. Very bright led light inside unit. Heat is dry. It is portable. The clips make it easy to take it down and set it up again in less than 30 minutes. Only fits one person comfortably. I’m a 130 lb female with only elbow room on both sides without anybody next to me. Two people would be terribly uncomfortable. I enjoy using this sauna when I am sick and in the winter to get the chill out of my bones quickly. Excellent detoxification unit for the skin and beneficial for purification of toxins. I don’t regret buying this. As I sit in it writing this review lol it took 3 minutes to heat unit up to 109 degrees while writing this review.

I researched the heck out of this purchase, and we couldn't be more pleased that we decided on this one! Delivery was quicker than promised, and the packages are very cleverly put together. We had three people for our assembly, and it went like a breeze. The most difficult part was finding the box of instructions and screws (which was at the very bottom of the LAST box we opened)! An indicator on the outside of the appropriate box - a red ribbon, or a message on the outside of the box - would solve this frustration. The clamps that hold the panels together are GENIUS, and the sauna was up and running in our pool house within hours (we unpacked in our barn, which was the staging area, and easily carried each panel as required into the pool house, some 30 yards distant). Heating took a matter of mere minutes, although we did find that the temperature fluctuates by about 5 degrees, throughout the course of a session. The quality, cedar scent, and penetrating heat are so restorative, and we even find we like the "mood" lighting, although I was dubious about this function, at first. We still haven't figured out how to use the MP3 player. The instructions are nothing short of incomprehensible, but we'll persevere (as other reviewers have). Although our sauna will predominantly be used by one or two of us at a time, the 4-person sauna was a good choice, as it allows greater ease of movement and comfort. This sauna is PERFECT in a pool house situation, as we use it the way saunas have historically been used by the Romans, indigenous people, etc. ... alternating between hot sauna and cold dips in the pool (which we swim in year-round, here in SC), but cold showers or a roll in the snow would have this same effect, in northern climes, or in the absence of a nearby pool or lake. Don't hesitate to purchase!

Would have given it 5 stars but the fact that it has to be unplugged after each use was not known to me and my electrician put the dedicated plug for use with it's own breaker behind the unit so I can't reach it without having to pull the sauna away from the wall and get behind it to unplug it. Otherwise you have to leave it 18 inches away from the wall so you can get to it. A heavy duty surge protector won't be long enough to lay on the floor and plug it into that because the original cord will barely make it to the outer edge of the sauna. I am having my electrician come back and add a dedicated wall switch on the out side of the sauna at eye level so I can shut it off that way when not in use. If I had known that ahead of time he could have done that in the first place when he was putting the dedicated 120V/20AMP circuit and plug in. This is required for a 3 person sauna, which is what this one is. This is the first time he has installed and put together a sauna and he did a great job, but like myself, was not aware that it needs to be unplugged after each use. So far the rest is great. Takes some time to preheat, but then what doesn't. Very comfortable to sit in. We don't use the colored lighting or the mp3 player or radio but they do work and have very good quality sound. It does have blue tooth capability. This was the best price of every web site I checked, and I checked every one of them I could find. It came very quickly, almost a week earlier than expected, but I'm sure that will vary as to how far it has to be shipped to. They moved it off their truck, still on the pallet, and put it right where we wanted it in our garage. We live in Northwest Iowa. This really looks great in our exercise room and fits perfectly in the corner. We love it. My husband is 82 and I'm turning 70 this year. So relaxing.

This is a very good sauna. There were delivery problems and communication with Wayfair, but they made up for it and I didn't take off for that. Almost Heaven did not put the plastic cradles in and wouldn't overnight them. I waited another week and a half. Then I built the sauna only to find out it didn't fit the cradles properly. Turns out they sent the wrong size cradles. Another week and a half and I jacked up the sauna with a car jack after removing the screws. This was NOT easy. Now I hope it is all set. Through all this the sauna has moved a bit and I'm trying to align the door correctly. So taking one star off for lots of problems. Had both companies not been accommodating, I would have taken off 2 stars. But, we are enjoying the sauna now. Oh, don't skimp and get a 4 person. Get the 6 person. It fits 2 very comfortably and 4 is fine.

Great Steam sauna! Sauna Delivered on time (2 months from order),but some problem with moving boxes from car to the garage. The delivery guys dont have any tools to move very heavy boxes out of the car. My husband had to help pull out all the boxes and move them to the garage to avoid damaging the sauna parts.  The sauna was assembled by 2 people in 5 hours. Difficulties arose only in the selection of whole boards, because some of the boards were chipped and cracked. The seller put additional boards for this case, and from them we made a stand at the entrance to the sauna. Outside, we have covered the sauna with moisture and insect repellent. We have already steamed several times and are very satisfied. The temperature inside rises to 90 degrees Celsius and automatically turns off, then drops to 75 degrees and rises again. The heater has a convenient timer to delay the start of heating and you can set the time when to turn off the heating. We bought a separate thermometer for the sauna and a bowl for water (pour on the stones). After rain, there was a small amount of water on the floor inside the sauna, but it dries quickly when ventilated. Overall very satisfied with the sauna, wonderful wood smell inside, good heating temperature, maximum for 6 people for a comfortable sitting.

This is an awesome feature to our backyard! We had three people putting it together and it didn't take too long, maybe about 3 hours. We did hire an electrician to put in the stove and wires and make sure everything is in working order. We use it about 3-5 times per week now, but in the winter I am sure it will be used almost daily. It can fit 2 people very comfortably, and 4 sit side by side. We ordered a tarp to go over the top to keep water from coming inside if it rains very hard from a tarp company that you can customize the shape. It was way less expensive than the ones that Almost Heaven sells. That was a game-changer! If you want to spoil yourself and you love a sauna, this is perfect for you!

Our order of the 2 person sauna has exceeded our expectations. We actually received our order almost 2 months ahead of the original expected date. This order showed up by freight delivery nicely packaged and organized with no damage from shipping. Almost heaven saunas did a very nice job of organizing and packaging all the parts. They include all the documentation you will need as well as more resources for assembly online if needed. Assembly takes about 2-3 hours and is best with a little help from another person. I was extremely impressed however with how well everything fit together and the quality of the wood. Almost heaven does provide some extra parts in case not all the wood staves work but overall everything went together much more smoothly than I could have hoped for. The instructions for an electrician to hook up the heater and install a 240v line were also very clear and helped that process go very smoothly too. I highly recommend this product and this company if you are in the market for a home sauna and the price from Wayfair was perfect! We've used it several times now and it's worked flawlessly!

The delivery took a long time, but it came very well packed and no real issues. A few little chips of wood here and there, but overall very nice. The directions were a bit difficult to understand, but overall it worked out. It is well worth the money and works great! I love the light therapy. Unfortunately I can only get one station on the radio, the reception is bad. But I can use my phone to hook up to the sauna speakers.

As the product arrived I had noticed that one box is very huge and heavy. It was the whole front wall that is all assembled. My house has 13 ft ceilings and wide spaces but since my stairs are curved we couldn’t put it in my basement. I had called customer service and was given number to the manufacturer. It’s was a really bad experience. I thought that they will help me to resolve the problem. I even thought of ways to re assemble it downstairs and asked them for options. I was told by manufacturer to change location of my sauna to first or second floor not basement or just return it. The person I spoke to was very rude and just didn’t care. He told me I don’t care what you do, call Wayfair and ask them how to return it after I mentioned that the rest of pieces are in my basement already out of boxes. Calling manufacturer, I was really under the impression that they will help me to resolve issue but they made all the fun of having sauna a disaster. Sauna is great made but make sure you can fit a 82x79 huge and very front wall piece to the space you want to place it in. Also dimensions of the sauna are wrong. It 79W and 72D not as they stated 79D x 72W.

I ordered this sauna and it was delivered inside my doorway. It was packaged extremely well. It took my husband and I about 2 hrs to build. Make sure you have the floor panel with the wider lip in the front. It’s not labeled and can be confusing. If you assemble it with the narrow lip in front you’ll have gaps and need to flip it around. The sauna itself is wonderful. It heats up quickly and stays around 138 to 140 degrees. I’m not impressed with the multi-color lighting. I was hoping to use it for red light therapy but it’s not enough to be therapeutic. I was excited about the remote until I realized it can only be used inside the unit and only for changing the light colors. I assumed it could be used to power onoff the unit. Overall it’s a good purchase. Had I known about some of these details it would have made putting the unit together much easier. I also might have selected a different sauna to buy.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this Sauna. The woodwork and finish are top-notch. Each panel is very sturdy and heavy. It will take two adults to assemble, but was very straightforward. The use of a dedicated 20A circuit is HIGHLY recommended. This is a 2400W sauna, which is 20A at 120V. I installed mine in a 2nd floor bedroom, and the attached photo shows where I placed the outlet so as not to be obtrusive. The power cable comes out of the top center of the sauna (which is rather nonintuitive), and I was unable to reach any of my available outlets when I installed it in the location shown. Because it is a 20A system, I did not want to add an extension cord, so I just installed a dedicated circuit with the outlet slightly above the top of the unit because I had attic access to the area. The stereo is pretty good quality, much better than I expected in a sauna, and the choices of lighting are many. The downlights under the top front overhang are also classy. It takes about 1/2 hour to bring this unit to temperature. About the hightest temperature I've been able to reach is 129 degrees, which is plenty for me. I highly recommend purchasing accessory back supports. This is not realistically a 3-person sauna, if you are of average size and weight. My wife and I are comfortable in it, and neither of us are overweight, but we would all be thigh-to-thigh and squashed up against the walls if a third person sat between us. So if there are two of you, always buy a 3-person sauna. I highly recommend this as a comfortable 2-person sauna. You will get a good sweat from it, believe me.

Very impressed with the quality of this sauna so far. The delivery was perfect. It came on a pallet in 2 very heavy boxes. My husband and I unpacked it outside and carried the panels in one by one. The door panel is SO heavy! It was so quick and easy to put together but I would definitely have two people. This model comes with the chromotherapy light. I confirmed with the manufacturer before ordering. They said Wayfair just hasn't updated their website with this information yet. The lights are a great extra feature to have. There is even a remote for this. I chose this model because of the solid floor and also for the color of the unit. I did not want to have to clean the floor heater. It is nice to be able to put a towel or rug down on the floor of this and not worry about stepping on a heater. Also, this lighter color wood will fit with any decor. The more orange wood of the other models was a little too orange for me. I have a hard time ever sweating but not with this! It feels so good and I think we will love this especially in the winter. It is so cozy and I love how the whole front is a window. I get closer closterphobic sometimes but haven't at all in this sauna. We put it right in our master bedroom and it is very handy to have that close. We purchased the backrests and those make it much more comfortable. I did have a question about a gap in the floor and emailed the manufacturer and they were prompt and thorough with their response. This manufacturer seems very good and will stand by their product. A great sauna for a good price!

Pros: So easy to assemble, nice looking. Really enjoying it! Great Price. Cons: Instructions are poor, the item includes screws but it doesn't tell you where they go! I had to figure that out, also, the instructions were in a box that was screwed in behind a panel on the 'roof' - found by accident. Takes a bit to heat up but seems to be the case with similar saunas. There was a crack in the wood (inside) but after reading the manual it says that there may be minor defects/variations so I guess that is to be expected? The control panel is a bit of a pain as you have to repeatedly push the button to change the temp and timer rather than hold it down...makes me worry that it will wear out fast.

I am very pleased with my new infrared sauna. The shipping time was very reasonable and the delivery men were very friendly and helpful. In regards to the instructions, I had to assemble, un-assemble, then reassemble the sauna because the instructions were inaccurate. Although, once the sauna was full assembled it has been working great and I have used it three times now. The blue tooth works great, although you must be outside the sauna to be able to pair the device the first time. (Not mentioned in the instructions) Justin Ortega, My sales representative was outstanding throughout this whole process! If the sauna panels would have been 1/4 of an inch wider, the sauna would not have fit. Justin was thorough, friendly, fair, and very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me make my decision. Great Price! Very Pleased! I would highly recommend this sauna if you are considering buying one for your home.

I recently received and installed my Dynamic Maxxus sauna. I was nervous about the electrical so I had my son install a direct outlet for it. I am very impressed with the quality as it appears much nicer than the price I paid and its much nicer than some professional ones I’ve used. I’m giving it 5 stars even though the directions for assembly were somewhat lacking and there is one corner that must not have been cut correctly because it does not latch together even though it’s lined up properly. However all that being said, it heats to 120 degrees in 30 minutes and maintains the temp well. The lights flash different colors with the option of white, I was somewhat disappointed that you can’t choose just one color but it’s still pretty cool. The speakers sound really good, which I was not expecting. I also like the fact that you can access the controls from both sides and also from within which is handy. There’s a timer that makes it really convenient for a specific session time as it all shuts off automatically. It has a maximum heat setting of 150 and I haven’t tried to get it that hot yet but I’d imagine it would take about 45 min to preheat to that temp. All in all I am pleased with the purchase and would recommend.
