I’m really happy with this sauna! It was easy to assemble and takes up a lot less space than I expected. I think it’s the perfect size for an at-home sauna for the average person, and it heats up pretty quickly too! I love that there are different light colors to choose from, although I’ve been using the red light the most. The Bluetooth speakers are also such a nice feature. I’ve ruined quite a few headphones in saunas before because of the high heat, so it’s great to be able to listen to music without worrying about that!. Amanda. Mon Oct 26 2026

When the day feels busy, step away from the noise and into your own private retreat. Close the door, turn on your favorite color, and let gentle infrared warmth create a peaceful space to unwind. Play a favorite playlist or podcast, settle in, and take a few moments just for yourself. Whether you're decompressing after work, winding down after a workout, or simply craving some quiet time, this at-home sauna turns everyday downtime into a restorative ritual. Step back into your day feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready for what’s next.

My old bones are thanking me profusely! This sauna is like heaven, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Best of all, it heats up incredibly fast, so I don’t have to wait long to enjoy it. It did arrive with a little ding on the back corner, but that was a minor issue and didn’t take away from my excitement. It was also incredibly easy to put together. It comes with a cup holder and a towel rack, which I’ve chosen not to install at this time. Overall, I absolutely LOVE this sauna! It’s everything I hoped it would be and more. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering purchasing one. My only regret is not buying it sooner!. Julie. Benton Harbor, MI. Mon Nov 02 2026

The sauna itself is fine. The delivery was a NIGHTMARE! I ordered it on March 22. After weeks of waiting, I got a call from a lady an hour away from where the sauna was to be delivered saying it was dropped off in her yard. After calling the delivery company, I was told they would pick up the sauna from the wrong address and deliver it in two days. A week later, the sauna still had not arrived. After numerous calls to Wayfair and the delivery company, the pickup and delivery was rescheduled. On the day the delivery company was to pick up the sauna from the wrong address, I got a call from the delivery company who was very argumentative stating he dropped it off at the correct address. He said when he put the address in the GPS, it sent him to the address an hour away. I explained that the address provided was the correct address so I don't know why it would have sent him to the lady's house. He was very accusatory that he delivered it to the correct place to begin with. After two phone calls, he finally agrees to deliver it to the correct address. The sauna that was ordered on March 22 was finally delivered on May 12.. Kristy. TX. Sun May 25 2025

The Smartmak sauna I do NOT recommend. The poorly written assembly manual with parts not identified was inadequate. The process of assembly was very poor with no clear photos of the sauna we purchased. I also received many email phishing attempts right after contacting the Smartmak company customer help which was not very good. Wayfair company however I do recommend and will buy again from them..
