I missed two delivery windows because I was not aware it came with white glove service even if you didnt request it. The first table came very damaged so they sent a replacement. That also had a minor paint issue and the hinges to extend the table did not work 100 I eventually worked out a compromise with wayfair because I was not confident a 3rd table wouldnt also be damaged and I was really attached to the length of the table because I have a large dining area. First, the positive comments: the table was a pleasant surprise in that it is more white than depicted in the photos. It is a sturdy table and the extension insert is easy ro put together, even though I am a senior citizen, with spine injuries. I did it myself. Many compliments were received. The negative part is that it arrived broken. The customer service was most helpful and we resolved the issue. A carpenter I hired was able to fix it and it looks ok, unless one looks closer, which of course does not happen. Overall, I would recommend it. Very sturdy and heavy table. Looks great.. Joanna.
