I missed two delivery windows because I was not aware it came with white glove service even if you didnt request it. The first table came very damaged so they sent a replacement. That also had a minor paint issue and the hinges to extend the table did not work 100 I eventually worked out a compromise with wayfair because I was not confident a 3rd table wouldnt also be damaged and I was really attached to the length of the table because I have a large dining area. OK, first of all let me just say we did have an issue with shipping. The first one arrived and it had a blemish on the top. It had been hit at some point during delivery, so we contacted Wayfair and they were more than happy to send us another table. So we returned that table and another table arrived about five days later and everything was great with it so Wayfair itself is great. FedEx probably needs to be a little more careful. Beautiful table and easy to put together. It took almost 2 months for delivery, but we got it during COVID. The only thing we didn’t like is that it came damaged on one of the corners. A small damage that we can repair quickly by lightly sanding and staining it so not a big deal and not worthy to send it back after all the wait. Other than that we are pretty happy with the table. In addition, the recycled wood comes from old timber, formerly used as cable reels, bridge beams, pallets and torn-down buildings throughout the Northern Hemisphere. This includes hardware and fittings manufactured of recycled metal or brass.

Excellent table. The colour aligns with photos; it puts together easily - you may need an additional allen key to ensure you're tightening fully; the opening for expansion is simple and very well engineered to expand and be used, putting the expansion back is just as easy and you don't need extra storage space for a leaf as it tuck back in and out of the way. The wood is reclaimed as noticed with the old nail or screw holes which give it a rustic look. The table is solid - not heavy - but solid and stable (you may wish to add felt pads for the leg feet). Absolutely beautiful solid-wood table with a lovely finish on the tabletop! The first one I received came cracked, but Wayfair was extremely helpful in setting up a return. The next one was in perfect condition and reasonably easy to set up, though a bit difficult to turn upright by myself.
