They were also very easy to assemble. The green color is even nicer in person and looks beautiful in my space. These are great chairs for the asking price. And I'm very happy with my purchase. However, I've assembled lots of pre-engineered rubberwood furniture before and I thought the assembly for these chairs was non-trivial. The back and legs go together fine (although the angled placement of the hex-head screws is tedious). I used a T25 Torx driver to at least get them finger tight before pulling out the hex wrench. But the seat itself wasn't aligned (or pre-drilled) and had to be clamped down before I could flip it over to secure it with the provided screws. Not a show-stopper but buyer beware. I really love these chairs. The construction is very sturdy, and they are so pretty. The roped seating is strong, but I am worried it could stretch over time. I use a pillow on the seat to protect them, and that works great and looks nice.
