I missed two delivery windows because I was not aware it came with white glove service even if you didnt request it. The first table came very damaged so they sent a replacement. That also had a minor paint issue and the hinges to extend the table did not work 100 I eventually worked out a compromise with wayfair because I was not confident a 3rd table wouldnt also be damaged and I was really attached to the length of the table because I have a large dining area. Beautiful table and easy to put together. It took almost 2 months for delivery, but we got it during COVID. The only thing we didn’t like is that it came damaged on one of the corners. A small damage that we can repair quickly by lightly sanding and staining it so not a big deal and not worthy to send it back after all the wait. Other than that we are pretty happy with the table. I love the feel of the tabletop, but I have ordered a piece of glass to go overtop of the table only because there are cracks and gaps that are part of it's charm, but could collect food.
