First, the positive comments: the table was a pleasant surprise in that it is more white than depicted in the photos. It is a sturdy table and the extension insert is easy ro put together, even though I am a senior citizen, with spine injuries. I did it myself. Many compliments were received. The negative part is that it arrived broken. The customer service was most helpful and we resolved the issue. This is a really nice and sturdy extendable dining table. It was pretty easy to put together it took about 1 hour for me and my husband to put it together. The directions were pretty straightforward and easy to follow. The table looks exactly as pictured I like that it can extend but we are going to mainly use it without it being extended. Edit: I had a custom made top created and replaced the original top. I love this table. We use it as a kitchen table as the space is narrow and we have 6 people who comfortably sit around this table on a daily basis. It’s easy to clean. I’ve had some very minor warping around the edges where the table connects from water spills but not super noticeable unless you’re looking. Even so, I have plans to eventually pay a carpenter to make a new table top for the dimensions of the legs if it eventually gets too warped.
