Update This year will be 5 years since purchasing this couch. Since the moment we received the couch, we measured and went to a hardware store to purchase a reinforcement board, that sits under the cushions. We did not want to have issues with it, and we haven’t had any. No dips in the couch. After reading the other reviews, I believe this is the only method to preserve this couch.. Samira. US.
