We sat on this couch at the new Wayfair store and immediately bought it. It’s a great “short people” couch because it sits low. It’s firm but comfortable. It was very easy to put together. This couch is very soft and comfy. Smaller than expected but it will serve its purpose in the den. My daughter loves it. Overall a good product. Delivery was fast, setup crew good. Quality fees solid, it’s pretty firm, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing for how it will hold up over time. Material is nice - color matches. Only negative feedback would be the side of the chaise is missing a tuft… i see now that’s obvious from the product photos. Other than that it only took me maybe an hour total from box at the door to sitting on a complete couch! The white sofa is exactly as pictured. There are some very interesting things happening with compression these days. This came in a box that makes it look like a big mistake, but it’s a trust the process moment. Once you get it unrolled it pops up into shape relatively quickly and you can sort of abuse it a little to rough it up into shape quicker (as per the instructions).
