It features extra wide arm rests and a medium firmness that is perfect for sitting extended periods of time. The leather is high quality, soft, and pliable. It took about 40 minutes to put together and when it came together, what a treat! Not sure what parts of the couch are genuine leather. I accidentally spilled some nail polish remover on a cushion and the paint came off immediately, showing that it’s faux. I purchased this couch for several reasons. It only has three pieces and they do hook together. The back is tufted so you don’t have any back pillows that scrunched down after time. And the leather is stunning. This is a very heavy piece of furniture and made exceptionally well. It is 138 inches on the long side and requires a large room. It was packed with five layers, one of which was the thickness of a moving blanket. It was on backorder for 5 months, but very much worth the wait. This couch is stunning!!! I had been on the search for a reasonably priced chesterfield sofa for what felt like forever when I found this. It is everything I wanted and more! Excellent quality and very comfortable. It does have the usual lower back that is standard with this style of sofa but does give some back support. You will need to be patient with the third party delivery partners as they handle a huge volume and cover large areas for a smaller company. Delivery itself was great and sofa had no damage.
