This is a beautiful chair. It’s sturdier than expected even though it feels really lightweight. The assembly was extremely easy. We needed new chairs for our new table and these are perfect. They are comfortable, look great and are so easy to assemble, took me maybe 5 minutes per chair. This is a very beautiful, high quality, chair. It is on the heavy side because I believe it is solid wood. It is finished with a smooth shiny coating. It is very sturdy and would complement many decors. It would be great as an extra chair when company comes. Pull out this beauty instead of the rickety one you have been meaning to replace. These chairs are exactly what I was looking for. The pictures don’t do them justice. The color in person is very rich. They are comfy which allows you to sit in them for hours.
