The chair is beautiful, heavy and well made. The problem is the finish. The chair is made of real twigs but the finish makes it look like resin. It's shiny, and that makes it look fake. These are very pretty chairs that look wonderful in my dining room, but they are overpriced. They seem to be reasonably well made, nothing extraordinary. They were very well protected for shipping and arrived in pristine condition. Wondering if they will hold up. Time will tell. They are acceptably comfortable, with one exception: the woven material of the seats and back is very unyielding and stiff, and rough enough to snag a sweater. Surprising.
