I prefer the low backs as my dining table floats in my room. These chairs are like a dining room version of a club or game table chair, which is perfect for our home. These chairs make sitting around the table a pleasure. Comfortable for dining, the long conversation that may continue at the table when guests are over, and sitting for long periods to play games.
