The chairs arrived in a crushed box but nothing was lost or damaged in shipping. Surprisingly most of the box was just air and could had used more support. I didn’t have instructions, but it was easy and quick to figure out. Each chair came with extra bolts and an Allen wrench. The chairs feel sturdy and swivel smoothly. They are on the small side, but fit my small space and work for me (5’6”woman) just fine. The padding is too firm for my taste but I hope it gives more after use. Overall they work great.. Vanessa.
