I’m sick of hard chairs. I wanted something comfy and padded and swively so people would stay at the table instead of migrating to softer furniture with food and for playing board games. Yet, I wanted a wipeable surface because…kids. I *almost* got what I was looking for with these chairs. They look nice and modern, they swivel well (some get a bit loose), and they are comfortable. The two cons that I have are 1) I wish the angle of the chair was a little more upright and 2) my niece spilled a drink and it seeped down to the padding because of the holes where the stitching makes “stripes”, so they definitely aren’t waterproof which makes me sad. We have only just received these, so this review does not include a long term use. They are nice right out of the box. Easy to assemble. The wood color was very similar to online and they match our table pretty well. The green has the wear lines as shown in the orginal photos, but it looks better in person than in photos. Nice dining chair. Right height for my table. Love the color as my dining table is black. I ordered the cream color and it is a true cream. The chair is very comfortable to sit in. I did have a little trouble assembling one of them, the holes for the bolt were not lining up. My husband was finally able to get the bolt in by drilling the hole a little bigger.
