The wheels glide effortlessly on hard flooring or low pile carpet. The chairs feature great support with the ability to tilt slightly backward and a plush seat cushion that is very comfortable. The faux leather upholstery looks and feels durable. My only problem with this set of chairs is in the construction. The back of the chair has an indentation to hold the arm rest in place. I was looking for a chair like this to update my office chair. I was so happy to find it on Tried and true. it was super easy to assemble and is very comfortable.
