Adelgunde Nice chalk white. No grey or blue tone. Thick. These are truly blackout curtains. Textured pattern. Matte. No sheen which makes drapes look cheap. They hang nicely and look great with wood-tone bamboo Roman shades. Bought them for my bedroom and then looked for them again to order for an upstairs bedroom. They just arrived. They are dry clean only but they seem to resist dirt. They are so thick that you can just take a brush or feather duster to dust them. Backing is light grey and looks good from the outside. Remember to hang your rod at least 6 inches above your frame and let finials rest about 10 inches to the left and right. This will make your windows appear larger. Drapes should hang so that they almost hit the floor. I bought 84” length. These drapes are tough enough to rest over baseboard hot water heaters. The color matches our bedroom decor perfectly! Wasn’t sure if we were going to get the right shade of orange that we wanted but we did and we love it! Obviously, the color looks slightly different in different lighting. They definitely darken the room well too. There is a lining so DO NOT wash, dry clean according to the instructions.
