I ordered four panels of the Olivia Velvet Blackout Curtain in ecru (50" x 84"). One of the panels arrived with black streaks on it, as shown in the photo. I was able to position that panel in a corner to hide the black streaks, so I didn't send it back. Most of the wrinkles and folds came out when I used a fabric steamer on the curtains. The curtains are nice and they are priced reasonably. They aren’t quite the same color as depicted in the photo on the website and that’s disappointing but I don’t want the hassle of returning them so I wl learn to love them for now.
