I was intimidated by 3 boxes of pieces and parts but I put it together myself in a couple hours. Love it! This came incredibly damaged. I wasn't aware of the damage until it was all unpackaged (it comes in two very large boxes!) I'm going to have to mend it myself to make it useable. The chicken coop is great, but the men who assembled it did a horrible job. Multiple places are not lined up and uneven. Slide out drawer was screwed shut, and split the wood on the drawer. Hinges/locks were not put in the correct places or uneven and wouldn't work. The slotted pieces to hold the divider for the nesters was not put in the correct places so they just made pieces from another piece that was supposed to go somewhere else on the coop.. Teresa.
