After we got the frame put together, we took out the fabric cover - and it was about 4 times too small! I called Wayfair and explained what had happened (and sent a picture) and within 3 days or less, the new cover arrived! It was perfect - and now it is perfect installed over my porch! I love it!. A little tricky and time consuming to instal but well worth it! They look beautiful! Please note that the wider ones have an intentional seam in the middle. They almost look like two were sewn together to make it wider which for the price seems odd. I initially thought it was a defect. Other than that they are great quality! Received my 16ft awning and installed today. Looks like excellent quality and everything worked as expected. No adjustments were necessary. Very satisfied with my purchase so far. This is a great deal! it arrived on time, it took about an hour to install. We had to buy four brackets to mount on the roof, which is an extra cost but give us more headspace. We have a 16 x 10, so far seems like great quality the motor is a must that we almost didn’t go for but I am so glad we did. The retractable awning has given us another living room!
