First unit was severely damaged when shipped. Initial shipment occurred afterc1 month wait from time of order. Second shipment to replace original unit took over another month to receive. Second shipment appears to be fine. Wait time was excessive.. Kathryn. Orange Beach, AL. Thu Apr 03 2025

The installed SunSetter, as of last night, works just fine. I like the upgrades since I bought the first one nearly fifteen years ago. Get the motor. Get the remote. Maybe even the wind sensor? I didn't get that. Always be mindful of the wind. My SunSetter is part of why my house is my home. I thought that sounded more mature than writing, I love my SunSetter. BTW: I chose the Sunbrella fabric. I didn't want to skimp on the awning.. Jonathan. US. Tue Apr 16 2024
