Outsmart the weather with patio awnings. This awning delivers the perfect amount of shade for your patio or balcony and efficiently protects your home or business from sun damage or light rain. Built with a sleek black frame, this modern design shows less dirt and debris than more common white frames. The fabric offers up to 119 square feet of coverage depending on the chosen size and is made from 100% polyester to best protect you from the elements and keep the inside of your home cool on hot days. Included is a simple hand crank that opens or closes the awning within a minute, and requires no electricity. Assembly is required. One-Year Warranty included.

I absolutely love this awning. It’s exactly what I was looking for. It is very well priced and looks very pretty. Sorry for the delayed review, but I did need to hire someone to install it. The assembly and install were a little challenging, even for a master electrician. It wasn't the level of difficulty but rather very vague instructions and more than one incorrect picture. However, we prevailed. Warning: DO NOT remove the tape and zip ties from the arms of the hardware. They are spring-loaded and should not be released until the awning has been hung. Otherwise, it'll be like trying to put a cat in a bucket of water. (we were smart about this) To assemble, have a helper on standby to pull the awning through the roller channel while someone else pushes it. A kid can help with this part. One person can assemble the main hardware. To install the brackets to the home, one person is fine as long as they have the correct drill bits and measure correctly. The brackets are great quality; however, they may not sit flush and level to the wall. We placed 2x2 blocks of wood behind each bracket to fill the empty space and make the install strong and level. To install the awning, you'll want a strong teen or adult to assist. They will need to hold one side of the awning and the hardware while standing on a ladder, as both people insert the hardware into the brackets on the structure.. Anonymous. Fri Aug 28 2026

We ordered two of these for our western windows. The kitchen could get up to 104°, however, after installing these, we don’t have a problem with that anymore. They’re relatively easy to assemble, but we’ve had experience putting things together. Someone who’s never put something like this together, the instructions are only pictures. But they look nice and I’m so glad that we purchased them.. Lee. Highland, MI. Wed Aug 26 2026

This awning is the first choice of most homeowners who choose a manually-operated model because for just low cost it extends out from your house giving you up more square feet of coverage and protection This model requires no electricity.

Pros Great product for the price! It has held up very well in the CA sun over the past few months. Cons It stains easily and it was so terrible to put together (terrible instructions, lots of pieces). If I had to do it again, would have three people to hang it.. Jeannie. Los Angeles, CA. This is a fixed open-sided slope door and window awning that is patented, modular, DIY, and handcrafted. The framework is made out of a beautiful commercial-grade mill finish aluminum that will not rust. The hardware is stainless steel and provides additional support to the durable frame. The awning fabric is woven out of the beauty-mark branded 100% acrylic fabric and has resistant coatings to help 1. maintain its rich color while being exposed to harsh UV rays, 2. prevent mildew and soil buildup, and 3. maintain a water-resistant barrier allows for rain to roll off of the awning and not soak through the fabric. The performance of awning is durable and can withstand harsh winds and heavy snow. Awntech guarantees quality and ensures that these stationary awnings have a long-lasting design and structure.

The awnings look great on my house! We had to hire someone to install for us (we are in our 70's so no ladders!) Love them! Colors exactly as pictured.. Michele. Denville, NJ. Tue Apr 21 2026

This pre-assembled awning installs easily on walls or roofs using dual bracket options. A hand crank allows adjustable sunshade angles, while the sturdy steel frame with secure screw fastenings ensures durability. Perfect for homes, shops, streets, or entertainment venues.

Much nicer than a plastic overhang. I can retract it on windy days to keep it safe. My plastic one blew off the house!!! This one is elegant and practical.. Grace. Oxford, ME. Fri Jun 06 2025
