Half motorized LED luxury retractable awning delivers the perfect amount of shade for your patio or balcony and efficiently protects your home or business from sun damage or light rain. The half-cassette frame is designed to provide better fabric protection and longevity, and the modern color will show less dirt than more common frames. The motor encases LED lights which cast the perfect amount of illumination for the evenings. Efficient heat dissipation ensures stable performance while prolonging the usability of your LED lights. Serving as great decorative and functional lighting, the LED lights seamlessly attach to the motor and plug straight into an outlet. Easily control the brightness of the lights via the included remote. Featuring three light settings, simply adjust your lighting to suit your environment. The sleek, minimalistic remote also provides 1-click control to either expand, retract, or stop your awning. When not in use, the awning retracts into the frame’s metal cover, which will preserve the color and durability of the fabric. Included is an electric motor that easily opens or closes the awning within a minute. For economical purposes or in the case of no electricity, a simple hand crank is provided for manual retraction of the awning.

Reading some of the reviews might not make you want to buy it but….then again some people should not own any tools. The instructions were not terrible, but not updated as far as the canopy installation….but mechanical ability and common sense prevails there. I only had to use instructions for the sequence of assembly, the assembly itself is self explanatory if you open everything and lay it out in front of you. Note to self, the valance is tall, I should have raised my awning for I am covering some of my doors decorative top trim. I should have installed the lights as directed , again back peddling some of the installation process, thinking I could do them last….I installed the awning myself using 2 ladders at 10ft. apart for the 12ft. awning….pulling it up ,alternating side to side. My thought process for anyone taking 4days is put on your shirt and tie, go back to work and make the $ for the installation fee listed.. Anonymous. . 2022-07-18 07:42:24
