This a great awning at this price point, even my electrician son was impressed as he he was expecting troubles. To be fair, it is not easy to install. It took three adult men on ladders to put it up and a great deal of finagling before that. Received my 16ft awning and installed today. Looks like excellent quality and everything worked as expected. No adjustments were necessary. Very satisfied with my purchase so far. Our SunSetter awning is now installed and working perfectly. The order process, delivery and final product all met expectations. Our only disappointment was the fact that we were charged a $50 delivery fee. All Wayfair ads stress free delivery and yet we were charged $50. What’s up with that.
