A little tricky and time consuming to instal but well worth it! They look beautiful! Please note that the wider ones have an intentional seam in the middle. They almost look like two were sewn together to make it wider which for the price seems odd. I initially thought it was a defect. Other than that they are great quality! Advaning's PN series of crystal-clear polycarbonate awnings add a touch of classic styling to your exteriors while providing superior protection from rain, snow, and harmful UV rays. This unobtrusive awning features a virtually unbreakable crystal-clear solid sheet of polycarbonate, unlike competitors which offer low-grade hollow sheets that are commonly made of a variety of recycled plastics resulting in a weak, unsightly hollow sheet. Advaning's PN series is available in two bracket color options (black or white) to best fit your outdoor color scheme or building exterior. The brackets are made of fiberglass-reinforced nylon, which has been proven to withstand not only high weight stresses but also the test of prolonged exposure to the sun heat and UV rays, resulting in a superior long-lasting product. The PN series is also connectable in that it allows users to join multiple units seamlessly for custom coverage of wider lengths. Advancing takes pride in its product lines, ensuring that customers obtain the best possible experience with their products, from design and sourcing to availability and outstanding service. They consider every aspect of the buying experience and provide detailed user guides and installation videos to facilitate an installation.

My damaged awning needed to be replaced and I wanted to replace it with something more modernistic. After an exhaustive search, I chose this Advaning polycarbonate clear-top awning for many reasons: 1) I liked that it can hold up to 550-lbs of snow, since we get a lot of snow here. 2) The clear top is awesome because when the floodlight is on at night, I can clearly see the lock to unlock my door (versus my old awning that had a solid top, thus blocking all the light) 3) The aesthetics is amazing - looks 1,000 times better than my old one (see picture of old and new awning side-by-side below), 4) The curved lip at the end is super handy because it forces rain to either side. My old awning went straight down, meaning I had to walk through a waterfall every time it rained. 5) decorative lag bolt covers were included to give it that finishing touch. I'm super happy with this awning!. Michael. Lewiston, ME. Wed Jun 05 2024

Received my 16ft awning and installed today. Looks like excellent quality and everything worked as expected. No adjustments were necessary. Very satisfied with my purchase so far. I shopped around for weeks and weeks for the right morning. Professional Awning. installation was going to run us about 6000. This is a great deal! it arrived on time, it took about an hour to install. We had to buy four brackets to mount on the roof, which is an extra cost but give us more headspace. We have a 16 x 10, so far seems like great quality the motor is a must that we almost didn’t go for but I am so glad we did. The retractable awning has given us another living room!
