Very nice king size bed frame, but it has SO MANY PIECES.. it took us 4 hours to put this together. The drawers underneath are flimsy wire racks that have tiny plastic wheels underneath. I am extremely happy with this bed frame! It arrived well-packaged and all of the parts were clearly labeled, which made assembly much easier than I expected. While it did take some time to put together, the instructions were straightforward and everything fit together properly. The storage drawers are one of my favorite features. They slide smoothly and provide a surprising amount of extra storage space for blankets, sheets, seasonal clothing, and other items that would normally clutter up a bedroom. The built-in headboard shelving is also incredibly convenient for keeping everyday essentials within reach. This was actually very simple to put together. I did it 99 by myself. I did have help standing up the head board once I finished that. I feel that it is good quality the metal is sturdy, the boards are thick. I really Like the finish that I was originally very iffy on. I was also able to find matching dressers! Thy are a hair darker but still look nice. I think the whole thing took about 2 hours by myself. Unboxing thought took about and hour and that was crazy haha. Decent bed. Feels sturdy enough I was able to put it together alone, but it took about 8 hours going at a slow pace with lots of breaks. Get a kneepad if you have one. Be sure to look at both sides of each piece immediately after you attach to make sure you have the right orientation. I found a backwards one twice and it was a considerable setback. The directions could be confusing at times, generally just sitting and staring at the parts for a bit or looking ahead to next few steps would made it clear. I'm giving it a 4 star review be use a received 3 unlabeled parts, luckily I could narrow them down. And because the pull out shelfs cannot be wheeled out , at least if you have carpet, and are a very tight fit. Photo attached shows why. The bottom of the shelf sides touches the ground and makes the wheels pointless. I will likely use them in the closet instead. The storage drawers are a little awkward to use. I struggle get the hook lined up and set in the slot to close them. Do not recommend if you have a bad back or mobility issues. The light is great if you like a bit of a night light.. M. Madison, WI.
