This is a great bed, easy to build, sturdy, and the color is lovely. Our youngest loves his new big boy bed. We love all the storage for a small room. We also appreciate the drawers being on casters so that it’s easy to move them out to vacuum under the bed. I have a few minor gripes: figuring out the placement of the slats was awkward (it has improved from an earlier version of a similar bed, where each slat had to be screwed in; this one is easier). It would help to have guide marks on the frame as to where the slats should go. When the bed is finished, screws on the headboard are visible above the pillow. I don’t know why they’re not facing the back of the headboard. Lastly, I wish there were a cover for the drawers so that the things stored inside don’t get easily dusty. This is very sturdy and well built. It came packaged very well and had no dings. Not press board and no assembly other than screwing in leg bottoms but can work without if preferred. Also had to put on drawer pulls but easily done with screw driver. True white color and true to dimensions. I bought to match a Birch Lane bed that was discontinued.
