Wow I love this bed you need 2 people to set it up and it was easy. I did need to use a couple of little spritz of WD-40 to help a few screws to install smoothly. I have an adjustable bed and metal frame so I didn’t need to use the wooden slats that came with it. I had to adjust the legs of my frame to allow the foot board to align prefectly as you can see in the photo. It has a remote control for the light and sound that via usb speakers are also controlled. This has been a terrible bed frame, my mattress no matter how thin made my bed extremely high. There is a ugly skirt that hid the frame corners and has become hazardous, everyone hits there chins on it, I now removed that bottom frame and am using the back board free standing, you should probably warn people that your bed will be 4 ft above the floor. The bedroom set includes 1 metal bed frame and 2 modern bedside tables. Metal platform bed frame with high-grade steel construction and wood headboard. The headboard is a stable structure in the shape of a side X with a 3-tier shelf for any home decor. In addition, the bed frame has excellent mattress support, consisting of closely spaced steel slats that help extend the life of the mattress without the need for box springs.

Pretty easy and straightforward to build. Didn’t take me too long. The actual headboard part however is a lot smaller than the images, or maybe it is because I bought a thicker mattress. I absolutely love this bedroom set. It is solid real wood and very striking. It was easy to put together with 2 people, and the bedside tables came assembled. My only complaint was that packing on one of the side tables allowed the peg of the legs to punch through the bottom of the drawer, but the company offered to reship (and we had to ship other one back at their cost), or refund. We chose the refund as the holes were coverable and minimal. We were afraid if we chose exchange, it come even more damaged, as others’s reviews had mentioned.
