I like the bed room kit, I really do. The problem was that the end side table was broken on delivery. The guys told me I should send it back for replacement. Well as it turned out, I bought the last one available. It would have taken a month to get a replacement. I decided to keep the end table and luckily caught the transport company before they had fully started shipping it back. They re-delivered it to my house and then I must have gotten the most retarted men in the world to put it together because the bed squeaks and they didn't align the drawers very well in any of the shelving. Lesson learned - always put it together yourself. I also bought a pool table from another company and while they were delivering it to my downstairs basement they slid it down the stairs and through the drywall. So take this review as you will. I like the furniture and besides the broken end-table which I repaired myself my only other complaint was with the guys who put it together for me. I'll generously give it 4 stars my heart says 3.5.. The furniture seems fine but the delivery and assembly was AWFUL. The shipment was delayed. Which if that was all, no big deal. But we paid for full delivery and assembly and that is when it started to be a disaster. After the boxes finally arrived, the assembly team arrived (nice folks) but they forgot some parts. So then they had to reschedule to come back. Then they came back and discovered a crucial piece was broken. They said they would arrange for the replacement part. They didn't. I waited over a week and no word and no replacement piece. I finally called for help. Then there was confusion about the part number (the guys took all the manuals so I had no idea of the part #). Then the piece must have gotten lost in shipment because it didn't show up for a long time. And sadly no communication from customer service. After many calls and letting them how frustrated I was, the piece finally arrived. Then when I asked to have the assembly guys come back to assemble the furniture (that I paid for) they said "No!" The Caliyah dresser is Absolutely wonderful and fits into our cabin perfectly. The white glove delivery service was exceptional, and the two men who delivered the dresser to our home with professional, courteous and friendly. They followed up with Wayfair when they discovered there were missing screws for a few of the handles and an unexpected part that wasn’t attached resulted in a great discount once the delivery driver called into Wayfair. update as of 97 - I still dont have the all items of the bed set delivered. Original order was in July and now its September. I have forgotten how many million times i have reached out over phone and email to number of people. Wayfairs logistics has hell pathetic. they score zero on customer service. No one knows where my missing bed pieces are and promises are never ending. 3 months update - The bed quality is horrible. The frame has started to make noise when we turn in the middle of the night. when i looked below the mattress, i found that there are gaps and slabs missing. And many screws are missing are not fixed. I was not at home when assembly happened. But this poor quality is not expected, in the 1st 3 months when i spent $2700 on the set. Do not buy from wayfair ever. Had terrible experience from ordering to delivery and now with use of the bed. Well, 3rd time luck i must say. Delivery was cancelled first couple of times on the morning of actual delivery. After repeated follow ups, agent scheduled for another day and no one knows why. strange that wayfair cannot manage logistics and 3rd part providers. Anyway, this morning, head board was damaged while they delivered mirror, dresser and side tables. Still waiting for new bed to come in.
