My only complaint was that packing on one of the side tables allowed the peg of the legs to punch through the bottom of the drawer, but the company offered to reship (and we had to ship other one back at their cost), or refund. We chose the refund as the holes were coverable and minimal. We were afraid if we chose exchange, it come even more damaged, as others’s reviews had mentioned. However, the delivery said “Full Service”, but when they delivered it we were told they can’t put the bed together it would take them to long, that is an issue. Wayfair dropped the ball on this.
