These turned out beautifully but I severely underestimated the amount of time it would take to get them to this point. I struggled to get these to stain as dark as I wanted. I tried just staining them at first and then had to go back and sand them down to get them to stain darker. Also must have been my floor not being level but had to sand a bunch off of the bottom to get them to slide without hitting the ground. A lot of work but look really good. Anonymous. Sun Mar 15 2026

Immaculate Finish: We start with a solid barn door surface, apply a thin MDF layer, and then finish it with a special PVC coating. The result is a stunning barn door with a glossy surface.

Quality is pretty low, but so is the price. It LOOKS good, but the finish is razor thin sticker material. And the MDF is not that durable. The door looks great however it is very heavy. The door itself was easy to assemble but installing the slide bar was very difficult. I wouldn’t have purchased it if I had known how hard it would be.
