This is a very very heavy door, which is perfect for a barn door, but not a one person job. My biggest issue is that the last two pieces of glass I had to saw out the wood as they would not slide into the grooves. I even tried to swap them out with other pieces. This product is very solid and great quality of materials. It came on time and was easy to assembly. Only thing that surprised me was the weight. It is very heavy and the hardware including the rail is heavy and solid. Instructions for assembling the door are easy to follow. It took longer to install a header board and the rails then to assemble the door and hang it. I love the quality and its moves very smoothly. I ordered the 48 x 84. We like that this is a solid wood door and therefore makes a great sound barrier for adjacent rooms. We already had a door jam installed and we knew we needed this size door.
