Just screw the 3 hinges on, place the three peices of hardware in the 3 holes, mount the top track, place the bottom against the jamb, and pop the door into place. I was done in 15 minutes. Very pleased. Arrived in good condition, but had to glue one of the joints. No big deal. Had to move the railing from which the doors are hung to allow room for the pivot hardware. I replaced my old blind bi fold that came with my condo to these updated ones. It fit properly and looks nice. The only issue I had with them were they were so heavy for me to install myself - I had to hire a contractor to put them up which cost more money than the closets unfortunately!
