I absolutely love this papasan chair. It’s incredibly comfortable and has become one of my favorite places to sit and relax. The cushion is soft, cozy, and makes the chair feel wonderfully inviting. My only complaint is that there’s nothing included to secure the chair frame or cushion in place, so the seat would shift around when I sat down. I ended up securing the wooden seat frame to the base with zip ties underneath, then placing the cushion back inside. The zip ties aren’t visible, and now the chair stays perfectly in place. Very disappointed it’s not real wicker, it’s plastic. Plus one of the seats arrived with the plastic untwisted. Its exactly what we wanted. I love the safari pattern we chose. It had a few spots, like splinters on the frame, and the cushion had some strings hanging. One of the small inner bars already cracked, but easily fixable, and I got a 5 year warranty. Also I read this could happen in the review. You need to be careful how you distribute your weight while adjusting, but all paupasan chairs are like this, its a wooden bowl chair. Its so fun, and makes me feel nostalgic for the 90s. The chair and color are true to the photo in ad. It seems sturdy. The reasons I didn't give 5 stars: there was a black stain on the cushion. Fortunately, it was on the underside.
