I love this chair the pattern is so beautiful. It’s firm which I like. Very comfortable. One thing that surprised me was I thought the colors were gray. They’re not. Love it! It was well-packaged and arrived quickly. Assembly was easy -- it took me about 15 minutes total, including breaking down the boxes and dragging them outside. There are just ten bolts that you can mostly hand-tighten, needing only an Allen wrench for the final few turns. As a big guy, I find it very comfortable, spacious, and supportive.
