Great looking couch. Easy to assemble. Came in with one minor defect on the side, a very small peel off area. Not very noticeable due to the location of it. okay love how the couch came out! I had a family friend build this and it took him a couple hours alone. I would say it was relatively easy. however the pillows are flatter than i assumed, they don’t have much structure to them in terms of laying on them , but that makes sense with them acting as the “back board”. I would recommend adding some pillows to lounge on instead of these. The comfort of it is alright, still kinda stiff feeling but i’m hoping when i use it more i’ll kinda break it in. I bought these end pieces + the middle piece with ottoman because a 6 piece sectional was too big for my living room. I assembled it by myself and it didn’t take me long. Beautiful, comfortable, and surprisingly easy to assemble! Definitely really happy with this purchase! We ordered this along with the matching 120” sofa, and we are very happy with both pieces. I was a little nervous about ordering couches online, especially without being able to see or sit on them first, but they ended up being exactly what we were looking for. Assembly was much easier than expected. Everything went together pretty quickly, the pieces lined up well, and once assembled, the furniture felt sturdy and secure. The cushions were compressed from shipping and definitely needed some fluffing and shaping when we first unpacked them. After working with them a little and giving them some time to expand, they filled out nicely and looked much better. The fabric is very soft and has a nice texture to it. The gray is a great neutral color, and the couches look much more expensive than I expected for the price. The cushions are comfortable while still having enough support that you don’t feel like you’re sinking all the way into them. I also really like the oversized, relaxed look of the back cushions. We purchased the two matching pieces to give us plenty of seating, and the 120” sofa paired with this couch fills our space perfectly. They look great together and give us a lot of seating without having to purchase a traditional sectional. The loveseat sofa is as pictured in the online site. I is a firm but very comfortable and the double bed works easily, offers a full or half bed and is very easy to manipulate. And the assembly team of two for this product was very skilled, affable respectful and efficient. Once I saw the assembly in progress, I am very glad that Wayfair offers this service. It would have taken me most of half a day, assuming I could complete the process at all. They were well prepaired and the total time was a total of just about 90 minutes. Great product and great service. Again, as in another review, I wish Wayfair would offer a take away service for the packaging for large and medium items. Otherwise I have to spend a good deal of time with a box cutter so the packaging will fit into the required Recycle bin for the Wednesday pickup. A local mattress store did this for me which included the old bed, headboard, base frame and the new bed packaging. And they provided this with no fee!
