Great looking couch. Easy to assemble. Came in with one minor defect on the side, a very small peel off area. Not very noticeable due to the location of it. It looks good and I'm glad I went with the green instead of the cream. It is firm and comfortable. During installation, you might need to leave one of the brackets lose in order to properly align it with its corresponding bracket. Well made. Comes shipped in a compact box and goes together fairly quickly. I like that it only uses one size of a bolt so there's no guess work. And I like that everything bolts together firmly so it doesn't feel flimsy at all. Stuffing the cushions into the covers wasn't any where near as difficult as I had read. The instructions were not easy to follow at all. We have the same exact couch in a grey but I don’t remember it being this hard to set up. The couch is solid though and we must have liked it for us to get 2 of it! This one is in our family room and it has a beautiful royal blue color to it. If you are looking for a less bulky set that is still long and has room, this should do it. It does not look cheap. But I will say this - from knowledge of the other grey one we have, the fabric starts to have piles on it after a short time and this happens with age and from rubbing (sitting) upon it. I am now seeing that there might be ways to remove piling from furniture.
