Received my couch last night and just got it put together. I would have given it 5 stars, but the legs are terribly cheap. I will be at least spray painting black or replacing. The assembly was fairly easy even though the screw package lettering did not match instructions. It took me around a hour and a half, a drill not necessary, but makes it a lot easier. Beautiful, comfortable, and surprisingly easy to assemble! Definitely really happy with this purchase! We ordered this along with the matching 120” sofa, and we are very happy with both pieces. I was a little nervous about ordering couches online, especially without being able to see or sit on them first, but they ended up being exactly what we were looking for. Assembly was much easier than expected. Everything went together pretty quickly, the pieces lined up well, and once assembled, the furniture felt sturdy and secure. The cushions were compressed from shipping and definitely needed some fluffing and shaping when we first unpacked them. After working with them a little and giving them some time to expand, they filled out nicely and looked much better. The fabric is very soft and has a nice texture to it. The gray is a great neutral color, and the couches look much more expensive than I expected for the price. The cushions are comfortable while still having enough support that you don’t feel like you’re sinking all the way into them. I also really like the oversized, relaxed look of the back cushions. We purchased the two matching pieces to give us plenty of seating, and the 120” sofa paired with this couch fills our space perfectly. They look great together and give us a lot of seating without having to purchase a traditional sectional. The sofa is gorgeous, however, it’s more of an ivory color. Also, I paid extra for white glove delivery / setup. When the rather large and heavy boxes arrived, they were dropped off outside my front door without notice (no knock on the door or ringing of the doorbell). Also, after assembly, the boxes weren’t disposed of; I was advised that I was responsible for hauling the boxes away. I’m handicapped and this was very difficult. I was in love the minute it came out of the box, really! The soft velvety material the fabulous teal color did it ) My son had it together quite quickly and the moment of truth arrived. Would it be too firm as some reviews said or would it be just fine as others said The truth turned out to be right down the middle! The first reaction was like sitting up in a straight back chair. Not what I wanted. However I wasn’t giving up that easily. I thought of what might help bring a bit more of a relaxing experience I found a 12” x 20” lumbar pillow and stuck it right at the base of the cushion, where a lumbar pillow would naturally go and it was just right!
