Im extremely happy that all the cushions, including the back ones, come off for easy washing. If youre a big arm rest user this may not be the couch for you. I would love to give this full 5 stars but unfortunately, it came a little damaged. I do want to say that the packing was ingenious. The cushions were all vacuum-packed into the base of the sofa pieces so the entire sofa came in 3 boxes. However, this made them very heavy so 1 box split enroute and hence the damage/tear on the corner - shame as it is on the front so a bit more noticeable. I will say it was so easy to assemble - I did it alone and it took about an hour and considering all the pieces I think that was great. I love the color and fabric. Almost like a denim but actually a really nice woven blue linen style fabric. The back rests being adjustable are nice as it is very comfortable on your back. The cushions are lovely and full and not too hard or soft making for a very comfortable seat - which will be great as an overnight couch for a guest. It looks great in our new apartment. I would recommend it.. Michele. Midway, UT. Wed Aug 05 2026

The sofa is super comfortable. Really delivers on the cloud feel. The fabric is soft and easy on the skin. I don’t care much for the throw pillows it comes with. It’s an absolute Yes for for Style and comfort. Only reason not a 5 star is because of the back of the sofa. Not loving how it looks from the back. I would rather use it in a room against walls so that you don’t see the back. Then I would say it’s a perfect 5 star.. Emilio. Discovery Bay, CA. Tue Sep 22 2026

This couch is great. It came in three different boxes. It was a lot to assemble. The back could be taller. The cushions are very wide on the bottom, which is good in the fabric is very comfortable. Whether placed in a family room, apartment, or open-plan living area, it brings comfort and understated elegance to your home.

Let me start by saying that putting this sofa together was an absolute PAIN! The frame arrived broken and had to be rigged up to make it work. There were missing parts, nothing was labeled, and the entire assembly process was much more frustrating than it should have been. As we were putting it together, I was seriously questioning my purchase. The sofa looked so low and short that I was convinced it wasn't going to turn out the way I had hoped. Then we opened the vacuum-sealed cushions, and I was pleasantly surprised! What a difference! The fabric is a really pretty gray with a nice texture, and once the cushions were in place, the sofa looked so much better than I expected. I also love the oversized ottoman and how it creates a spacious lounging area. The instructions say to allow 72 hours for the cushions to fully expand, so I'm curious to see how much more they fill out. Overall, the assembly experience was terrible, and receiving a broken frame and missing parts is definitely unacceptable. However, I have to admit that the finished sofa looks really nice! I'm cautiously optimistic that it's going to be a great addition to the room. My advice? Have patience, possibly a few extra tools, and maybe a glass of wine ready before attempting assembly!. Jess. not very happy, the couch is so low to the ground. the legs shud be higher. not satisfied with price matching the quality. for nearly 1000 i should have just bought a real couch that was not a modular. Sharon. Yonkers, NY. Mon Oct 12 2026
