Very nicely packaged and shipped, and easy to put together. Allows flexibility for left or right facing options. The cushions ship vacuum packed and need 48 hours to fluff. It’s super easy to put the feet on by hand, and having a rubber mallet to connect the couch connectors together is very helpful. Seems to be decent quality material and cushioning. The brown color is more like a sand color and blends really nicely with our light gray walls, giving the room a more warm feeling than our previous black pleather sectional. We usually don’t allow our dogs on the furniture and our kids are all grown, but we shall see how it holds up with our grandkids over the years! If I’m able to, I will post an update in the future after the pillows fluff a bit. I purchased an extra ottoman so me and my hubby can rest our feet. Overall, very happy with my purchase!. Anonymous. Beautiful sofa with really nice and thick material. I the seats are quite wide and so it makes it comfortable. The color is really nice (linen) and feels sturdy. The only issue is that the sofa is quite a bit lower to the ground than any other sofa in my house and so it’s hard to pair it in the same room. I would say my other sofas are standard size and this one is at least 6 inches lower to the ground. Make sure you measure before you order. The couch itself is lovely. But when the men unwrapped it, it was absolutely filthy. There is not one panel that did not have some kind of stain or dirt. They had the look I wanted which no local store seemed to carry, totally washable which is a must with large dogs so I took a chance- and oh am I glad I did.
