The Ottoman by 14 Karat Home Inc. Is a very nice well made sturdy ottoman. We couldnt find any manual but it was simple enough to screw in the 8 screws for the feet of the ottoman but there are 2 metal bracket and there are 2 slots in the bottom platform of the ottoman but we cant figure out how it is supposed to be installed. The pillow tops were vacuumed pack and have weight to them very well made and nice material. Our dog loves it! There are velcro on the bottom of the top pillow and the middle section. When the packages arrived my husband put together the couch before we realized we were “missing” the back cushions and throw pillows. I called and spoke to two different representatives where I was able to order replacement parts although they were on backorder. I later found out through someone at the company that the pillows were stored inside the arm rests of the chair under a hidden Velcro compartment. Apparently this is in the directions but it is listed under parts and not under the steps and was easily missed by my husband. Please look in the arms if you think you’re missing something! We appreciate the phone call from the wayfair employee to explain this to us! All in all we find the chair very comfy and are happy with it! Plenty of room to snuggle up.
