Very simple to put together. Getting the covers on the cushions was a little tricky but after doing two I figured it out quickly.To get rid of the wrinkles others have mentioned,as you are zipping the covers reach inside and adjust the cushion.Try to make sure all corners are filled. Also I bought some strips of velcro to make sure the cushions stay in place. Oh make sure you have a person help with getting the back put in. It makes it a little easier. You might need to manipulate the arms a little bit.But trust me it will fit. It looks nice and is comfortable to sit in. I like the material also, no more dog hair stuck in the couch. Kim. A really good couch. The individual sections lock into one another - unlike many shipped sofas these days. Assembly is easy and couch went together in under an hour. You basically attach the arms and back pieces via sliding pieces into one another. It's on the firmer side. Like that it's not super deep though. Height is very low, legs have it almost on the ground - so there's no storage underneath. One downside is t he material does look more like a corduroy - which wasn't clear in photos or description.
