I am in love with this couch, the only funny thing was the right side was harder to assemble but the left side was a breeze. I little larger than I expected but I love it. Jackelyne. Jersey City, NJ. Fri Sep 18 2026

Honestly, what is not to like about this thing Its cheap, it looks good, I am probably breathing in some deadly chemicals sitting on it.. but it gets the job done! Looks great, not sure how they can fit a couch in a box. When you first put it together it will look sad and depressing, and it will smell. Just walk away from it. A few days later, it will be completely aired out and will be fluffed up.. night and day difference. Very comfortable, does not look cheap at all and is everything I need it to be. Would 100 purchase it again.. Will. Holliston, MA. Mon Sep 21 2026

It’s a great couch and value for the price. It should be against a wall it is covered with upholstery on the back, but it does not connect and there are little flaps that over lap where it connects. It’s very comfortable, it didn’t take long to assemble, and the fabric is soft. It’s not a primary couch, but it does get used almost daily. I had some shipping issues where half of it went three states past our home, and the box was in rough shape. Overall the couch is nice. Actually a little bigger than I had though, in a good way. The instructions were very easy. I am not big on putting furniture together AT ALL and I was able to do it alone. This couch seems to be great quality for the price paid! Assembly was slightly difficult because I did it solo and some of the holes for bolts didn’t align properly but I managed it in about 30 minutes. It looks super cute styled in my apartment - definitely needs some throw pillows as it doesn’t have much cushion on the backrest! My delivery team was incredible, too. I paid for inside the entryway delivery (not to my preferred room or assembly) and they brought it all the way up into my third floor apartment.. Anonymous. Fri Oct 02 2026

It is beautiful and very comfortable. Also, easy to operate. The wall hugger was a game changer. The room is bigger with this kind of recliner. We are very pleased. Also ordered two matching recliners that are on backorder. But Wayfair handled this issue very well with me and I would definitely give 5 stars to the customer service. If everything matches when chairs arrive, I couldn't be happier. Have to wait on that review until I see. Wayfair assures me that they will match.. Shryl. Big Sandy, TX. Fri Jul 31 2026

I received this sofa yesterday and I’m still waiting to see if the seat cushions inflate more. I don’t think vacuum sealing the seat cushions is a good idea at all! You have to wait 72 hours to a week for the cushions to inflate. So far they still have a long way to go after 28 hours. So hopefully after 72 hours to a week the sofa can be sat on. Also, the bracket that connects the left arm to the back of the sofa isn’t mounted completely to the correct angle. There is a slight misalignment. I covered it with a throw blanket so that it isn’t noticeable.. Ruth. Wilmington, NC. Tue Sep 29 2026
