I ordered on June 12 and received what I thought was the entire sectional on Aug 9. Turns out that the manufacturer never shipped the rest of the items (middle seat, ottoman, and left facing seat) to the warehouse. They did not notify me of this and Wayfair did not catch it. I then had to put in a request for replacement items, which I am being told will ship mid September and likely arrive towards the end of September. To say that I’m furious and disappointed would be a gross understatement. Overall, I will have had waited 5-6 months for a couch to deliver (provided that the rest of the items actually arrive in September). This is ridiculous. These couches are huge, definitely underestimated the size of these and the ottomans but they’re great. Perfect napping couch. May not be perfect for elderly people who have bad kneesback, not a lot of support and you sink in far so pretty low to the ground. If I had seen this in person I wouldn’t have purchased it. Very low to the ground and uncomfortable. The metal attachments that allow for variety are uncomfortable and looks odd.
