Very comfy couch! Love the power recliner. The silhouette looks really sleek, unlike a lot of other recliners. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because it arrived with some kind of stain. I think it might’ve been a glue. Thankfully the manufacturer was prompt in responding and offered me a discount for the inconvenience. I think with a bit more effort I’ll be able to get most of it out.. Brooke. Cheshire, CT. Fri Jul 24 2026

It is beautiful and very comfortable. Also, easy to operate. The wall hugger was a game changer. The room is bigger with this kind of recliner. We are very pleased. Also ordered two matching recliners that are on backorder. But Wayfair handled this issue very well with me and I would definitely give 5 stars to the customer service. If everything matches when chairs arrive, I couldn't be happier. Have to wait on that review until I see. Wayfair assures me that they will match.. Shryl. Big Sandy, TX. Fri Jul 31 2026

This couch seems to be very good quality, well made, and very heavy. The quality is good but the seat is a little high and deep, so my 5' 3" feet barely reach the floor. The reclining features work well but the couch is ultra firm so is not the most comfy couch I've ever had. I'm satisfied with it overall but likely would have chosen something else if I'd had an opportunity to sit in it first. The delivery experience was excellent. I was able to schedule delivery at my convenience. It arrived on schedule, assembled by the delivery team, and all boxes and waste were hauled away. The couch looks exactly as pictured.. Debbie. Update: Unfortunately, we were sent the same incorrect power cord for the reclining chairs. My husband did end up finding one online that worked. I will upgrade my stars to 4 because it is working correctly. Would have given this 5 stars if the issue was resolved through wayfair, instead of on our own. Not working completely. All the major parts came in and this wasn't hard to put together. I am not 100% liking the velvet material and hoping it won't stain easily. This is larger in dimensions than our previous couch. Not as plush, but longer and taller. Unfortunately, there is an issue with the connectors for the armless chair (center) and the left arm chair. Working with customer service to resolve the issue. Disappointed that the corner piece and additional pieces are no longer available to purchase anywhere. Reserving my recommendations once the connection for the left arm chair is resolved.. Teresa.
