I received this sofa yesterday and I’m still waiting to see if the seat cushions inflate more. I don’t think vacuum sealing the seat cushions is a good idea at all! You have to wait 72 hours to a week for the cushions to inflate. So far they still have a long way to go after 28 hours. So hopefully after 72 hours to a week the sofa can be sat on. Also, the bracket that connects the left arm to the back of the sofa isn’t mounted completely to the correct angle. There is a slight misalignment. I covered it with a throw blanket so that it isn’t noticeable.. Ruth. Wilmington, NC. Tue Sep 29 2026

This is a great couch. I was surprised how small the boxes were. As soon as I opened the boxes the sectional came to life. The color is very pretty and the material is nice and soft. The couch is very comfortable to sit on. I would like the back cushions to be a little more supportive but I do like that it comes with some extra pillows. It says it needs 72 hrs to fully expand so hopefully the back cushions become more comfortable. Overall this is a nice couch and I would definitely recommend. Charisse. Charlotte, NC. Fri Jan 09 2026
